Hi, I’m Venesa

a Food Engineer and a Certified Fitness, Nutrition and Mindfulness Coach. But more than anything, I am someone who has been exactly where you might be right now.

Lost, starting over, and wondering why nothing ever seems to stick.

Maybe you recognize that feeling.

You set a goal, you follow the plan, you feel motivated... and then somewhere along the way, you end up back at square one. A new diet, a new routine, a new relationship, a new city even. And still, underneath it all, the same emptiness. The same voice telling you you are not enough. The same cycle repeating in your body, your habits, and your relationships.

You are not lazy or broken. You are someone who has been trying to solve an inside problem with outside solutions.

I know, because I lived it for years.

I grew up in a country where being queer was not accepted, and for a long time I suppressed who I truly was. I felt ashamed, disconnected from myself, and constantly running from a feeling I couldn't name.

That disconnection didn't stay hidden. It showed up as anxiety, low self-worth, and after my parents' divorce, a cycle of binge eating, drinking, and chasing whatever might finally fill the void.

My life became a pattern of starting over. Different countries, different jobs, different relationships. Countless diets, harder training, new routines. But no matter what I changed externally, I always ended up in the same place internally.

Because I was a yo-yo dieter and a yo-yo dater, and I didn't yet understand that both were coming from the same root. I wasn't really searching for food or for love. I was searching for myself.

The shift didn't come from another plan. It came after a breakup that brought everything to the surface.

For the first time, I had nowhere else to run. So I turned inward, I slowed down and I started sitting with myself through meditation, journaling, reflection, and honest self-inquiry. I began to see the patterns I had been repeating my entire life.

And somehow, something started to change.

I began waking up early. Training with intention instead of punishment. Eating in a way that felt like care instead of control. Keeping small promises to myself that started to build on each other.

And for the first time, I stopped starting over.

Not because I had more discipline, but because something inside me had changed. My habits stopped feeling like effort and started feeling like alignment. My body and my mind followed.

That became my mission.

From there, I became certified in fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness so I could bring together science, lived experience, and the inner work that actually creates lasting change.

Being queer and genderfluid taught me what it costs to hide who you are, and what becomes possible when you finally stop. That understanding is woven into everything I do. This space is for every woman, regardless of where she comes from or her background.

What I do now is not just fitness. It is identity transformation that starts with the body and works inward, rebuilding your relationship with food, with yourself, and with life itself.

This is a fully online, personalized 90-day transformation program.

You’ll receive your training, nutrition guidance, mindfulness practices, habit tracking, and ongoing support through a private coaching app, so you can follow the program from anywhere in the world.

Will you train with me live?

No, we do not train live together but you will never feel alone in this process.

You get a fully personalized training program with clear instructions and video demonstrations, the ability to send me workout videos for form feedback, and ongoing adjustments based on how your body is responding. Beyond the workouts, I coach you on the principles behind your training so you understand what you are doing and why. The goal is never dependency. It is for you to finish this program knowing exactly how to train yourself for life.

Do I need a gym?

No.

Your training program can be designed for:

  • Gym training
  • Home training with minimal equipment (such as dumbbells and resistance bands)
  • Or a combination of both

The program is built around your lifestyle, preferences, and schedule.

How much time do I need for workouts?

Each workout lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

Most clients train 3 times per week, focusing on quality, progressive strength training that delivers results without burnout.

Is this suitable if I’m a beginner?

Yes, absolutely.

Your program is adapted to:
